摘要
目的:探讨ECRS理论下气道管理在颅脑损伤机械通气患者中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月-2018年6月本院70例实施一般人工气道护理的颅脑损伤机械通气患者的临床资料,作为对照组;回顾性分析2018年7月-2020年1月本院70例实施ECRS理论下气道管理的颅脑损伤机械通气患者的临床资料,作为研究组。比较两组肺部感染率、痰菌培养阳性率及ICU入住时间、住院时间、护理满意度。结果:研究组肺部感染率、痰菌培养阳性率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组ICU入住时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颅脑损伤患者机械通气期间实施ECRS理论下气道管理可降低肺部感染率、痰菌培养阳性率,缩短ICU入住时间、住院时间,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application of airway management under ECRS theory in patients with mechanical ventilation after craniocerebral injury.Method:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 70 mechanically ventilated patients with craniocerebral injury who underwent general artificial airway care in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were as the control group;from July 2018 to January 2020,the clinical data of 70 mechanically ventilated patients with craniocerebral injury who underwent airway management under ECRS theory in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed as the study group.The pulmonary infection rate,positive rate of sputum culture,ICU stay,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The pulmonary infection rate and the positive rate of sputum culture in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the ICU stay and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of airway management under ECRS theory during mechanical ventilation of patients with craniocerebral injury can reduce the rate of lung infection and the positive rate of sputum culture,shorten the time of ICU stay and hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction.
