吴茱萸热敷神阙穴结合康复训练护理中风后便秘患者的效果

Effect of Hot Compress of Wuzhuyu on Shenque Point Combined with Rehabilitation Training Nursing in Patients with Constipation after Stroke

目的:探讨吴茱萸热敷神阙穴结合康复训练护理中风后便秘患者的效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年9月本院收治的60例中风后便秘患者作为研究对象,将其根据抽签法分为两组,对照组(n=30)采用便秘常规护理干预,观察组(n=30)在常规护理的基础上加吴茱萸热敷神阙穴结合康复训练,对比两组患者的护理效果,护理前后便秘症状积分及生活质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组总有效率、护理满意度分别为96.7%、100%,明显高于对照组的73.3%、73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组便秘症状积分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸热敷神阙穴结合康复训练用于中风后便秘患者临床护理中的效果显著,可快速改善症状及提升生活质量,深受认可,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effects of hot compress of Wuzhuyu on Shenque point combined with rehabilitation training in patients with constipation after stroke.Method:A total of 60 patients with constipation after stroke in our hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the draw method.The control group(n=30)used routine nursing intervention for constipation,and the observation group(n=30)added hot compress of Wuzhuyu on Shenque point combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect,constipation symptom score and quality of life before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 96.7%and 100%,which were significantly higher than 73.3%and 73.3%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the constipation symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of hot compress of Wuzhuyu on Shenque points and rehabilitation training nursing in clinical nursing of patients with constipation after stroke has a significant effect,which can quickly improve symptoms and improve the quality of life.It is well recognized and worth promoting.
