章式加减活血舒筋汤治疗儿童急性髋关节滑膜炎的效果观察

Effect of Zhang-style Modified Blood Activation and Tendon Relaxation Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Transient Synovitis of the Hip in Children

目的:研究章式加减活血舒筋汤治疗儿童急性髋关节滑膜炎的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院骨伤科2019年1月-2020年10月收治的儿童急性髋关节滑膜炎60例,将其随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用单纯皮肤牵引治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服章式加减活血舒筋汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效及疼痛情况。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:章式加减活血舒筋汤治疗儿童急性髋关节滑膜炎,能有效缓解患儿疼痛,达到良好的治疗效果,对比单纯牵引存在较大优势。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Zhang-style Modified Blood Activation and Tendon Relaxation Decoction in the treatment of acute transient synovitis of the hip in children.Method:A total of 60 children with acute transient synovitis of the hip admitted in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple skin traction,and the observation group was treated with oral Zhang-style Modified Blood Activation and Tendon Relaxation Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and pain were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhang-style Modified Blood Activation and Tendon Relaxation Decoction in the treatment of children with acute transient synovitis of the hip can effectively relieve children’s pain and achieve good therapeutic effect.It has great advantages compared with simple traction.
