动静脉内瘘活动器康复锻炼对内瘘血管质量及成熟度的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise of Internal Arteriovenous Fistula Movement Device on Quality and Maturity of Internal Fistula Vessels

目的:探讨动静脉内瘘活动器康复锻炼对内瘘血管质量及成熟度的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年3月本科动静脉内瘘(AVF)患者58例,随机分为两组。对照组28例行AVF术后常规锻炼,观察组30例行AVF术后活动器康复锻炼,两组均进行4周。比较两组AVF血管质量、血管成熟度及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组内瘘血管血液流速、管腔直径、内膜厚度均大于对照组,血管阻力指数、距皮下距离均小于对照组(P<0.05),内瘘血管成熟时间、开始使用时间早于对照组,成熟度评分高于对照组(P<0.01),AVF术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用动静脉内瘘活动器康复锻炼可促进AVF血管成熟、改善血管条件,并能降低AVF术后并发症的发生风险。

Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation exercise of internal arteriovenous fistula movement device on the quality and maturity of internal fistula vessels.Method:A total of 58 patients with arteriovenous fistula(AVF)in our department from January 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.28 cases in the control group received routine exercise after AVF,and 30 cases in the observation group received movement device rehabilitation exercise after AVF,both groups underwent 4 weeks of rehabilitation exercise.The vascular quality,vascular maturity and complications of AVF were compared between the two groups.Result:The blood flow velocity,lumen diameter and intimal thickness of internal fistula in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the vascular resistance index and distance from subcutaneous were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The maturity time and starting time of internal fistula were earlier than those in the control group,the maturity score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications after AVF was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of arteriovenous fistula movement device rehabilitation exercise can promote the vascular maturation of AVF,improve the vascular conditions,and reduce the risk of complications after AVF.
