血清FT_(3)水平对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性冠状动脉综合征患者的预后价值

Serum FT_(3)level as a risk factor for prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨血清FT_(3)水平对经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗的急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者的预后价值。方法选择2019年1月至6月在浙江省人民医院接受PCI治疗的ACS患者182例,采集患者的一般资料,并检测生化指标,根据年龄、肌酐与射血分数(ACEF)评分将患者分为高危组和低危组,比较两组FT_(3)等指标,采用多重逐步线性回归分析不良预后的独立危险因素。结果低危组和高危组患者FT_(3)水平比较差异有统计学意义[(4.53±0.59)比(3.90±0.74)pmol/L,P<0.05],血清FT_(3)水平与ACEF评分呈负相关(r=-0.589,P<0.01),多重线性回归结果显示血清FT_(3)水平是PCI治疗的ACS患者不良预后的独立危险因素。结论FT_(3)水平对PCI治疗的ACS患者发生不良心血管事件有预测价值。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum free triiodothyronine(FT_(3))level and the prognosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)patients receiving percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods From January to June 2019,182 consecutive ACS patients admitted to the hospital who were treated with PCI were enrolled in the study.The baseline data and clinical examination indexes were collected.Patients were divided into high-and low-risk group according to the age,creatinine and ejection fraction(ACEF)score.The serum FT_(3)levels and other indicators were compared between two groups.The risk factors for poor prognosis were analyzed with multiple stepwise linear regression.Results There was significant difference in the levels of FT_(3)between high-risk and low-risk groups[(4.53±0.59)vs.(3.90±0.74)pmol/L,P<0.05)].The level of FT_(3)was negatively correlated with ACEF score(r=-0.589,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression showed that FT_(3)was an independent risk factor for poor prognosis in ACS-PCI patients.Conclusion FT_(3)may be used to predict the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events in ACS-PCI patients.
