Shear strength and corresponding mathematical model of WC-10Ni/NiCrBSi composite coatings

摘要 真空钎焊WC-10Ni/NiCrBSi复合涂层,对涂层内部的微观结构进行测量,建立了剪切强度的数学模型,测量并简化了复合涂层微观结构参数,最终得到贴近工程实际应用的复合涂层剪切强度数学模型.实验结果表明:复合涂层的微观结构为薄膜结构;数学模型预测值具有良好的准确度并与实际值吻合较好,误差不超过4.4%;其预测值可直观体现出复合涂层界面结合强度随WC含量变化的趋势. The microstructure of vacuum brazing WC-10Ni/NiCrBSi composite coating was measured,and the mathematical model of shear strength was established.The microstructure parameters of the composite coating were measured and simplified,and the mathematical model of shear strength of the composite coating was obtained.The results show that the microstructure of the composite coating is a thin-film structure.The prediction value of the mathematical model has a good accuracy and is in good agreement with the actual value,and the error is not more than 4.4%.The predicted values can show the tendency of interfacial bonding strength of composite coatings with WC content.
