摘要
microRNA(miRNA)是一类小分子非编码RNA,通过与靶基因结合后调控多种生物过程.miR-24在各物种间高度保守,在多种组织或器官中均有表达,参与了转录水平的调控作用.miR-24的表达受到RUX2、SMAD5、SP1等转录因子以及长链非编码RNA和环状RNA等调控作用.在癌症发生、心血管功能、炎症反应、脂质代谢、卵巢功能等一些重要的生物过程发挥重要的调控作用.文中综述了生物体内miR-24的生成机制和生物学功能的最新研究.
MicroRNA(miRNA)as small non-coding RNA widely regulates a series of important biological processes by biding to target genes.miR-24 is a highly conserved miRNA and expressed in many tissues or cells.It plays an important role in the transcription level.The expression level of miR-24 was regulated by transcription factor such as RUX2,SMAD5,SP1,and long non-coding RNA and circRNA.Studies showed that miR-24 plays important roles in many biological processes including cancer development,inflammation,cardiovascular function,lipid metabolism and ovary function.This review focus on the biogenesis mechanism and biological function of miR-24 in living organisms.
