测定地表水中总磷时去除浊度的方法比较

Comparison of methods for removing turbidity when measuring total phosphorus in surface water

测定地表水中的总磷含量时,水样浊度对测定结果会产生严重地干扰。本实验通过对比浊度-色度补偿法、过滤法及离心法这三种去除浊度干扰的前处理方法,得出结果表明:三种去除浊度干扰的方法测定结果较为一致,无论是精密度还是准确度均符合质量控制要求,测定结果无明显差异。离心法相比另外两种方法效率更高、更便捷。

When measuring the total phosphorus content in surface water,the turbidity in the water sample has a serious effect on the results.This article compares three pretreatment methods of removing turbidity interference such as turbidity chroma compensatiom method,fi ltration method and centrifugation method,the experimental results showed that:the results of the three analysis methods were basically the same,the precision and accuracy were in line with the requirements of quality control,and there was no signifi cant difference in the results.The centrifugation method is more effi cient and convenient than the other two methods.
