论西湖和滇池治水经验对肇庆市星湖水环境治理的启示

Discussion on the enlightenment of Westlake and Dianchi lake water control experience to the water environment control of Xinghu lake in Zhaoqing city

星湖是广东省湖库水环境综合治理的重点湖泊之一,近些年来,由于城市不断扩容、星湖周边控源截污不彻底、上游补水少等原因,导致星湖出现了水质富营养化的问题。通过查阅相关文献和实地考察杭州西湖引配水工程和昆明滇池补水工程,将西湖、滇池配补水工程的实施效果、环境效益、后期影响与生态风险、水环境治理措施等经验做法进行了比较。基于此,本文深入探讨了星湖水环境治理以及引水工程的实施思路,以期为星湖水环境管理提供借鉴。

Xinghu Lake is one of the key lakes in the comprehensive treatment of the water environment of lakes and reservoirs in Guangdong Province.In recent years,due to the continuous expansion of the city,the incomplete control of pollution sources around Xinhu Lake and the lack of water supply upstream,etc.,has led to eutrophication in the Seven Star Crags.Through consulting relevant literature and on-the-spot investigation on the water diversion and distribution project of the West Lake in Hangzhou and the water supplement project of the Dianchi Lake in Kunming,this paper compares the implementation effect,environmental benefi t,late effect,ecological risk and water environment control measures of West Lake and Dian Lake water supplement project.Based on this,this paper discusses the idea of water environment control and water diversion project in Xinghu Lake,in order to provide reference for water environment management in Xinghu Lake.
