摘要
散煤燃烧效率低下,污染物低空排放,无治污设施,使散煤燃烧对空气质量的影响十分显著[1],从分布上看,散煤燃烧主要存在于农村地区,这些区域监管力量薄弱。随着环境问题特别是大气环境问题的凸显,大气环境承载力已成为研究的热点。采用大气污染物质量浓度与新的空气质量标准比较的方法即超标倍数法,对贵州省15个村镇进行大气环境承载力评价,结果表明,散煤燃烧对农村大气环境承载力有很大影响,有60%大气环境超载,农村大气环境承载力形势严峻。
The low effi ciency of coal powder combustion,pollutant discharge height is low,no pollution treatment facilities,and the bulk coal combustion on the air quality impact is very signifi cant,from the distribution,bulk coal combustion mainly exists in the rural areas,these areas of weak supervision.With the environmental problems especially prominent atmospheric environmental problems,has become a research hotspot of bearing capacity of the atmospheric environment.The atmospheric environmental carrying capacity of 15 villages and towns in Guizhou Province was evaluated by the method of overstandard multiple.The evaluation results show that the bearing capacity of atmospheric environment,coal combustion on the rural gas environment has great infl uence on bearing capacity,there are 60%atmospheric environmental overload,rural atmospheric environmental carrying capacity of the grim situation.
