浅谈生猪屠宰设备的应用

为提高我国生猪屠宰标准化水平,切实提升肉品质量安全保障能力,农业农村部办公厅近日发布了《关于深入开展生猪屠宰标准化示范创建工作的通知》,其中明确,我国将继续开展生猪屠宰标准化示范创建工作,并统一纳入农业高质量发展标准化示范项目管理。按照质量管理制度化、厂区环境整洁化、设施设备标准化、生产经营规范化、检测检验科学化、排放处理无害化的总体要求,从今年开始,我国将利用5年左右时间,在全国创建一批生猪屠宰标准化建设示范单位,发挥示范引领作用,提升生猪屠宰行业标准化水平。在新形势下,屠宰加工设施设备标准化,如何创新才能更好地适应屠宰加工企业的发展,提供安全可靠、技术先进的优质装备,当前具有特别重要的意义。简要分析了屠宰设备的发展历程和状况,介绍了生猪屠宰加工的主要设备,有助于企业了解装备水平,择优选择适合自身发展的屠宰加工设施设备。

In order to improve the standardization level of live pig slaughtering in China and effectively improve the quality and safety guarantee ability of meat products,the general office of the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs recently published"Notice on the in-depth development of the standardization demonstration and creation of live pig slaughter",and it was clear that China would continue to carry out the standardization demonstration and creation of live pig slaughter,and it was integrated into the standardized demonstration project management of high-quality agricultural development.In accordance with the overall requirements of institutionalization of quality management,environmental cleanliness of factory,standardization of facilities and equipment,standardization of production and operation,scientific testing and harmless emission treatment,China would use about 5 years to create a number of live pig slaughtering standardization construction demonstration units in the country starting this year,and it playeddemonstrative and leading role,and the standardization level of live pig slaughtering industry was improved.Under the new situation,slaughtering and processing facilities and equipment were standardized,and how to innovate to better adapt to the development of slaughtering and processing enterprises,and it provided high-quality equipment with safe and reliable and advanced technology,and it had a particularly important significance.The development process and status of slaughtering equipment were briefly analyzed,and the main equipment of live pig slaughtering and processing was introduced,and it helped enterprises to understand the level of equipment and select suitable slaughtering and processing equipment for their own development.
