摘要
钛酸锶(SrTiO_(3))作为一种具有良好的物理化学稳定性、环境友好特性和较高氧化还原性质的光催化材料而受到广泛的关注。然而SrTiO_(3)较高的光生载流子复合率和较低的光响应范围又极大地限制其在光催化领域的应用。文章概述了SrTiO_(3)的光催化机理,重点介绍了通过构筑SrTiO_(3)基异质结构的改性手段以及几种常见的异质结种类,最后对SrTiO_(3)基异质结的发展前景进行了展望。
Trontium titanate(SrTiO_(3))as a kind of good physical and chemical stability,environment friendly features and higher oxidation reducing properties of pliotoluminescenee materials had been widely attention,However SrTiO_(3)higher photoproduction carrier recombination rate and low light response range and greatly limits its application in the field of photocatalysis.This paper summarizes the photocatalytic mechanism of SrTiO_(3),focus on building SrTiO_(3)base on modification of heterojunction methods and several common heterojunction type,and the developing prospects of SrTiO_(3)heterojunction is prospected.
