摘要 近年来,虽然牧草机械发展迅速,但有些地区牧草收割的机械化程度还很低。一些小型农场并不适合使用较大的割草机作业,还在采用人工的方法收割牧草,严重影响了牧草生产的效益,导致当地的牧草业发展非常缓慢。为了解决这些问题,设计了一种结构造简单、机动灵活、成本低的微型双圆盘割草机,用于西北小地块的牧草收割作业。为了使操作更加方便,将这款割草机设计为采用人力推动前进、由汽油发动机提供切割动力并采用圆盘式切割器对牧草实施切割,不易发生堵塞、容易检修、对牧草适应性强,能大大提高小型农场的生产效率。 In recent years,forage machinery has developed rapidly,but the mechanization of forage harvesting in some areas is still very low,and some small farms are not suitable for using larger mowers to operate,which leads to the very slow development of the local forage industry,and some geographical areas are still using manual harvesting methods,which seriously affects the benefits of some small forage,in order to solve these problems,we are now designing a structure made simple,mobile and flexible,and In order to solve these problems,we design a simple structure,flexible and low cost micro double-disc mower,which can be applied to the harvesting operation of small plots in the northwest.In order to make the machine more convenient,this mower is driven forward by human power,powered by gasoline engine,and adopts the disc type cutter,which is not easy to produce clogging,easy to overhaul and adaptable to forage,greatly improving the productivity of small farms.
