基于人机工程学对动车组随车机械师HMI屏的研究

摘要 随着现代化工业的发展,人机工程学的应用越来越广泛,主要体现在产品使用的人机交互程度、工作环境和调节人机之间的匹配关系等几方面的应用。近几年我国高铁动车组技术迅速发展,领跑世界,总里程居世界第一。通过分析人机工程学的相关概念、理论研究方法和应用,对“人-机-环境”系统进行了研究,对人机工程学的应用前景进行分析。以动车组随车机械师HMI屏为例,通过分析随车机械师在操作、监视HMI屏幕时的最佳尺寸,以提高操作的便捷性和安全性,降低劳动强度,使“人-机-环境”系统更协调。 With the development of modern industry,the application of ergonomics has become more and more extensive,whose application is mainly reflected in the degree of interaction of product use,working environment,and adjusting the matching relationship between man and machine.In recent years,high-speed rail EMU technology has developed rapidly in my country,leading the world in high-speed rail technology,and the total mileage ranks first in the world.This article analyzes the related concepts,theoretical research methods and applications of ergonomics.The"man-machine-environment"system is studied too.Taking the HMI screen of the onboard mechanic of the EMU as an example,the man-machine-environment system is studied as a unified whole,to analyze the optimal size of the onboard mechanic when operating and monitoring the HMI screen,so as to improve the vigilance and operability of the mechanic,reduce labor intensity,and coordinate the man-machine-environment system.
