双创背景下涉农高职创业教育人才培养方案改革研究

Research on the reform of talent training program of entrepreneurship education for Students in Higher Vocational education related to agriculture under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation

构建创新型社会需要不断培养创业人才,目前高职院校通过强化创新型人才培养理念,推动创业教育人才培养改革。经过调研发现,很多高职院校在培养模式、教育体系、课程设置、实践活动、学分互认等方面存在问题,制约了创新创业人才培养的实践。高职院校应通过树立正确的创业观念、建立完善的创业教育课程体系、构建多方面的创业实践教学体系来深化高职创新创业教育改革。

To build an innovative society,it is necessary to cultivate entrepreneurial talents constantly.At present,vocational colleges promote the reform of entrepreneurial education talent training by strengthening the concept of innovative talent training.Found in the training mode and education system,curriculum design,practice activities,mutual recognition of credits and other problems,restricted the creative talents training practice,through set up correct concept of entrepreneurship,establishing perfect entrepreneurial education course system,construct various entrepreneurial practice teaching system to deepen the reform of the higher vocational education innovative undertaking.
