新中国成立初期失业问题研究

Research on the Unemployment Problem in the Early Period of the Foundation of New China

新中国成立初期,长期战乱使国民经济遭受严重破坏,经济萧条、民生凋敝,失业现象普遍存在。新生人民政权初创,立足未稳的背景之下,失业现象不仅是关乎社会稳定的经济问题,更是涉及新生政权能否稳固存续的政治问题。近年来,随着经济体制改革的深入展开,就业问题日益受到社会关注,学术界关于新中国成立初期失业问题的研究也取得了颇为丰硕的成果。但已有研究存在研究思路过于单一、缺乏创新、研究视角偏于宏观、相关论题探讨有待深入等问题,未来研究亟待扩大区域研究范围,关注特殊失业群体,拓展研究空间,创新研究思路与方法。

During the early period of New China,severe damage was caused to national economy by long-term wars,and economic depression,mass impoverishment and unemployment prevailed.In such an unstable background when the newly-born people’s regime was established,the mass employment represented itself not only as an economic problem related to social stability,but also a political problem related to the new regime’s survival.In recent years,with the further reform of economic system,the problem of employment has attracted more and more social attention,and academic research on the unemployment issue in the early period of the foundation of New China has also achieved quite fruitful results.However,some problems exist in these researches,such as singleness of research idea,lack of innovation,and macroscopy of research perspective.Therefore,relevant topics need to be further explored,the scope of regional research requires to be expanded,special unemployed groups needs to be emphasized,and innovate research ideas and methods are indispensable.
