新冠肺炎疫情期间系统心理干预对长远航官兵心理健康的影响

Effects of systematic psychological intervention on the mental health of the commissioned and enlisted on prolonged sea deployment during COVID⁃19 epidemic

目的探究包含心理健康教育、团体心理训练、放松训练、沙盘治疗、睡眠治疗、个体心理咨询在内的系统心理干预模式对新冠肺炎疫情期间长远航官兵心理健康的影响,以期为长远航官兵的有效心理干预提供依据。方法选取海军某批次护航官兵705名整体入组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对任务期间心理干预前(护航第40天)和心理干预后(护航第100天)的护航官兵分别进行团体心理评估,内容包括系统的心理健康教育、团体心理训练、放松训练、沙盘治疗、睡眠治疗以及个体心理咨询。结果系统心理干预后,全部护航官兵(n=653)的心理状况总体水平显著好于干预前(t=5.457,P<0.001);系统心理干预后,被筛选为阳性的护航官兵(n=61)其心理健康水平较干预前显著改善(t=2.616,P<0.01)。结论系统心理干预对新冠肺炎疫情期间改善长远航官兵的心理健康状况有显著作用。

Objective To explore the impact of a systemic psychological intervention mode that comprised mental health edu⁃cation,group psychological training,relaxation training,sand table therapy,sleep therapy,and individual psychological counseling on the mental health of the commissioned and enlisted for prolonged sea deployment during COVID⁃19 epidemic,so as to provide evidence for effective psychological intervention on the military personnel during prolonged sea deployment.Methods A total of 705 deployed military personnel for escort was enrolled for study.Group psychology evaluation was performed before intervention(on escort at day 40)and after intervention(on escort at day 100)by using the symptom self⁃rating scale(SCL⁃90).The contents of evaluation included systematic mental health education,group psychological training,sand table therapy,relaxation training,sleep therapy and individual psychological counseling.Results After systemic psychological intervention,the overall psychological status of the deployed personnel(n=653)was significantly better than that before intervention(t=5.457,P<0.001).After systemic psychological intervention,the mental health status of the deployed personnel screened as positive(n=61)was also significantly better than that before intervention(t=2.616,P<0.01).Conclusion Systemic psychological intervention displayed significant effects on the mental health of the de⁃ployed commissioned and enlisted on prolonged escort during COVID⁃19 epidemic.
