不同守礁时间与某岛礁官兵中医体质的相关分析

Analysis of the relationship between different lengths of garrison time and the TCM constitution of military personnel who on a certain reef

目的调查不同守礁时间的某岛礁官兵中医体质状况和类型特征,为岛礁官兵进行针对性的预防保健提供数据支持。方法采用横断面抽样调查方法,对某岛礁474名官兵进行中医体质状况的流行病学调查;并按照《中医体质分类与判定》标准,分析其不同守礁时间的体质差异情况。结果某岛礁官兵的中医体质以平和质占比最多(62.87%),但随着守礁时间的延长,平和质占比呈递减趋势,兼夹质、气郁质及痰湿质呈递增趋势,尤以兼夹质增长明显。守礁1~5个月及守礁6~10个月均与平和质关联性较强;守礁6~10个月与痰湿质、湿热质等偏颇体质关联性较强;守礁11~15个月与兼夹质、气郁质等关联性较强。结论某岛礁官兵的中医体质以平和质为主;守礁时间的长短与中医体质类型之间存在关联性。

Objective To investigate the physical conditions and feature types of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)con⁃stitution in the military personnel who stationed on a certain reef for different lengths of time,so as to provide data evidence for targeted prevention and health care of the military personnel on the reef.Methods An epidemiological investigation of TCM constitution in the 474 military personnel who stationed on a certain reef was performed by means of the cross⁃sectional sampling method,and an analysis was made on the differences in the physical conditions of the military personnel who stationed for different lengths of time on the reef by"the Standards of the Classification and Judgement of TCM Constitution".Results The proportion of the Gentleness Constitution was more prevalent among the military personnel who stationed on the reef.However,with the extension of time,the proportion of Gentle⁃ness Constitution displayed a decreasing trend,and the proportion of Mixed Constitution,Qi⁃Stagnation constitution and Phlegm⁃damp⁃ness constitution displayed an increasing trend,the proportion of Mixed Constitution in particular.There was a strong correlation be⁃tween the Gentleness Constitution and garrison time in the military personnel who stationed on the reef for respectively for 1 to 5 months and 6 to 10 months.A stronger correlation between Phlegm⁃dampness constitution and Damp⁃heat constitution could also be noted in the military personnel who stationed on the reef for 6 to 10 months.A stronger correlation between Mixed constitution and Qi⁃Stagnation con⁃stitution could also be seen in the military personnel who stationed on the reef for 11~15 months.Conclusion The TCM Constitution was more prevalent among the military personnel who stationed on the reef.There was a correlation between garrison lengths and TCM constitution types in the military personnel stationed on the reef.
