板鞋竞速在高校体育课堂教学中的融入

Integration of Shoe Racing in College Physical Education Classroom Teaching

我国广西壮族自治区有一项传统的体育项目是板鞋竞速,其不但能够将壮族的民族特色充分展现出来,同时这一项目也具有较强的趣味性、竞技性和健身性,在当地广大人民群众对其的认可程度和接受程度都是很高的。板鞋竞速运动对场地和器材的要求都不高,可以因地制宜地开展,在高校体育课堂教学中应用是具有重要价值的。文章首先对板鞋竞速项目的概述进行了介绍,而后分析了在高校体育课堂教学中融入板鞋竞速项目的重要价值,最后又探讨了板鞋竞速在高校体育课堂教学中的融入策略。

China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has a traditional sports is shoe racing,which can not only fully show the national characteristics of the Zhuang,but also this project has a strong interest,competitive and fitness,in the local masses of its recognition and acceptance of the degree is very high.Skateboard racing has low requirements for venues and equipment,so it can be carried out in accordance with local conditions.This paper first introduces the outline of the skateboard racing,then analyzes the important value of integrating skateboard racing into the classroom teaching of college PHYSICAL education,and finally discusses the strategy of integrating skateboard racing into the classroom teaching of college physical education.
