产教融合型企业生成的多重逻辑及其推进路径:基于价值链的分析

摘要 运用波特的价值链分析模型,将企业的行为设定为基本活动,将政府与院校的活动设定为支持性活动,构建了产教融合型企业生成的价值链模型,以此分析产教融合型企业生成的多重逻辑。基于产教融合型企业生成的“职教逻辑”“产业逻辑”以及“人本逻辑”,提出推进产教融合型企业生成的最优化路径,即保证参与主体各项活动的目标一致性,构建各项价值活动之间的相互作用机制,打造职业教育领域多种价值的联合,以推动产教融合型企业服务现代职业教育高质量发展。 Using Porter's value chain analysis model,the behavior of enterprises is set as basic activities,and the activities of government and colleges are set as supporting activities,this paper build a value chain model for the generation of industry-education integrated enterprises,so as to analyze the multiple logic of the generation of industry-education integrated enterprises.Based on the"vocational education logic","industrial logic"and"humanistic logic"of the production of industry-education integrated enterprises,an optimal path to promote the generation of industry education integrated enterprises is built,that is,ensure the consistency of the objectives of various activities of the participants,build an interaction mechanism between various value activities,and create a combination of multiple values in the field of vocational education,so as to promote the integration of industry and education enterprises to serve the high-quality development of modern vocational education.
