摘要 人才培养质量评估是院校质量管理的基础,能够加速高职教育适应经济新常态,有效促进高职教育的科学发展以及教学改革。当前,高职院校人才培养存在不能适应经济发展新常态、评估主体存在局限性、缺乏科学动态的过程评价以及未构建全面完善的评价体系等四个方面的问题。为此,高职院校应结合经济新形势改进评价内容、实现评估主体的多元化、重视动态的评价过程、构建全面的评价指标体系,以有效提高高职院校人才培养评估的质量。 Quality assessment of talent training,as the basis of quality management,can not only accelerate higher vocational education to adapt to the new normal of economy,but also promote the scientific development of higher vocational education and teaching reform.At present,there are four problems in talent training in higher vocational colleges,such as unable to adapt to the new normal of economic development,limitations of evaluation subjects,lack of scientific and dynamic process evaluation,and failure to build a comprehensive and perfect evaluation system.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should improve the evaluation content,realize the diversification of evaluation subjects,pay attention to the dynamic evaluation process and build a comprehensive evaluation index system in combination with the new economic situation,so as to effectively improve the quality of talent training evaluation in higher vocational colleges.
