摘要 乡村教师培训是促进乡村教师实现专业化发展,推进乡村教育振兴的重要手段,而AI技术则是提高乡村教师培训效率的催化剂。基于SWOT模型分析,“AI+”乡村教师培训具有提供个性精准资源、丰富培训方式、合理统筹时空、提高培训效率的优势和面临时代驱动、技术支持、国家保障的机遇,但也存在加重了心理障碍、降低人文关怀的劣势与乡村教师信息素养参差不齐、信息技术发展日新月异、AI威胁论日益显著的威胁。基于此,提出利用现有优势,优化当下模式,推进乡村振兴的SO策略;顺应时代潮流,利用技术支持,响应国家政策的WO策略;强化专项AI教育培训,全面提升教师AI素养和严格遵守AI伦理准则,促进人机和谐发展的ST策略;加强创新,增加心理健康服务,注重人文关怀的WT策略。 Rural teacher training is an important means to promote the professional development of rural teachers and promote the revitalization of rural education,and AI technology is the catalyst to improve the efficiency of rural teacher training.Based on SWOT model analysis,"AI+"rural teacher training has the advantages of providing personalized and accurate resources,enriching training methods,reasonably coordinating time and space,improving training efficiency,and facing opportunities driven by the times,technical support and national guarantee,but it also has disadvantages of aggravating psychological obstacles and reducing humanistic care,and increasingly significant threat such as uneven information literacy of rural teachers,rapid development of information technology and the of AI threat theory.Based on this,this paper puts forward the SO strategy of using the existing advantages to optimize the current model and promote rural revitalization;WO strategy of conforming to the trend of the times,using technical support and responding to national policies;ST strategy of strengthening special AI education and training,comprehensively improving teachers'AI literacy,strictly abiding by AI ethics and promoting the harmonious development of man-machine;WT strategy of strengthening innovation,increasing mental health services and paying attention to humanistic care.
