摘要 开展实践教学是应用技术大学培养高级应用型人才的主要路径。中德应用技术大学实践教学模式可以从实践教学目标、实践教学内容、实践教学条件、实践教学评价四方面进行比较分析。我国应用技术大学实践教学应借鉴德国应用技术大学的实践教学经验,优化专业设置、调整实践课程,加强校企合作、拓展教学基地建设,加强实践型师资队伍建设、培养“双师型”教师,优化评价反馈机制、提升实践教学效能。 Carrying out practical teaching mode is the main path for applied technology university to cultivate advanced applied talents.The practical teaching model of applied technology universities in Germany and China can be compared and analyzed from four aspects:practical teaching objectives,practical teaching contents,practical teaching conditions and practical teaching evaluation.The practical teaching of China's applied technology universities should learn from the practical teaching experience of Germany's applied technology universities,take some suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing specialty setting,adjusting practical courses,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,expanding the construction of teaching base,strengthening the construction of practical teachers,cultivating"double qualified"teachers,optimizing evaluation feedback mechanism and improving practical teaching efficiency.
