氟化法协同乙醇高效去除硫酸锰溶液中Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+) 被引量:1

Efficiently removing Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) from manganese sulfate solution by fluorination method combined with ethanol

摘要 为了高效去除工业硫酸锰溶液中的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+),采用乙醇盐析结晶法、氟化法和氟化法协同乙醇盐析结晶等方法,研究了Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)去除率和一水硫酸锰结晶率的影响。乙醇盐析结晶结果表明,在pH为2.8和乙醇加入体积比为1的条件下,溶液中Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)去除率分别为46.24%、36.52%,一水硫酸锰结晶率为86.44%。氟化法结果表明,当十八水硫酸铝用量为3 g/L、压滤处理和氟化钠用量为1.25 R的条件下,溶液中Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)去除率分别为99.84%和99.45%。在氟化法与乙醇结晶法协同处理下,一水硫酸锰中Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)含量降低到0.0042%、0.0100%,结晶率达到92.26%。该工艺过程节能高效,产品中Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)含量达到电池级硫酸锰要求。 This study aims to efficiently remove the calcium and magnesium ions in the industrial manganese sulfate solution.We chose the ethanol salting-out crystallization method to,test the effects of pH of the solution and the ethanol addition ratio(volume of ethanol:volume of the manganese sulfate solution)on the crystallization rate of manganese sulfate hydrate.The results show that the effect is best when the pH value is 2.8 and the ethanol addition ratio is 1.The removal rates of calcium and magnesium ions in the solution are 46.24%and 36.52%,respectively,and the crystallization rate of manganese sulfate monohydrate is 86.44%.In the study applying fluoridation method to remove calcium and magnesium ions in industrial manganese sulfate solution,the influence of the excess coefficient of fluoride,the amount of aluminum sulfate and the filtering method on the removal rate of calcium and magnesium ions at room temperature were investigated.The results indicate that when the aluminum sulfate dosage is 3 g/L and the pressure filtration and the sodium fluoride dosage coefficient is 1.25 R,the removal rates of calcium and magnesium ions are 99.84%and 99.45%,respectively.Finally,the fluorination method was used in combination with the ethanol salting-out crystallization method to reduce the calcium and magnesium ion content in the crystal to 0.0042%and 0.0100%,and the crystallization rate reaches 92.26%.The process is energy-saving as well as efficient,and the content of calcium and magnesium ions in the product meets the requirements of battery-grade manganese sulfate.
