基于流固耦合的浮式拦污排结构优化分析

摘要 堆积大量漂浮物的浮式拦污排受水流冲击,拦污排的安全拉杆出现疲劳断裂。以广西某水电站所用的浮式拦污排为研究对象,采用单向流固耦合方法研究拦污排结构对安全拉杆应力的影响。通过改变浮箱数量以调整拦污排结构布局,对不同浮箱数量的拦污排模型进行流固耦合计算。计算结果表明,在漂浮物堆积情况一定时,因浮箱数量改变而引起的拦污排结构布局变化会对安全拉杆应力值有显著影响;增加拦污排浮箱数量,安全拉杆断裂处的应力值呈现出先减小后增大的变化趋势。研究结果可为拦污排结构优化、提高安全拉杆工作寿命提供一定的参考依据。 Due to the impact of streams,the draw-bar of the drift trash barrier with a lot of floating debris yields fatigue fracture.Taking the drift trash barrier used in a hydro-power station in Guangxi as the research object,the influence of trash barrier structure on the stress of safety tie rod was studied by using one-way fluid structure coupling method.By changing the number of pontoons to adjust the layout of trash barrier,the fluid-structure coupling calculation of trash barrier models with different number of pontoons was carried out.The results show that when the accumulation of floating objects is fixed,the change of the layout of the trash barrier caused by the change of the number of pontoons has a significant impact on the stress value of the draw-bar;with the increase of the number of pontoons,the stress value at the fracture of the draw-bar shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The results can provide a reference for the structure optimization of the trash barrier and the improvement of the service life of the draw-bar.
