从文献研究看邓小平的选人用人观

摘要 邓小平始终立于时代要求、国家发展与人民期待的高度,对人才的战略意义、选拔什么样的人才、如何选拔人才等问题作过许多精辟论述,形成了独具特色的选人用人思想。在选人用人价值导向上,他坚持党和人民利益至上;坚持实践标准,坚持群众路线;坚持严格标准,慎重把握。在选人用人特征上,呈现出打破框框,不拘一格;知人善任,用人所长;公道正派,光明磊落的鲜明风格。充分体现了党性与人民性、解放思想与实事求是、原则性与灵活性、针对性与指导性的高度统一,这对于新时代如何选人用人有着重要而深刻的指导作用和启示意义。 Deng Xiaoping always stood at the height of the requirements of The Times,the development of the country and the expectations of the people.In terms of value orientation,he insisted that the interests of the Party and the people come first,sticking to practice and the mass line as the fundamental rule.His management on talent well demonstrates flexibility,fairness and squareness,fully embodies the conformity of the Party's goal with the interests of the people,which plays an important and profound guiding role and enlightening significance in how to select and employ people in the new era.
