网络空间安全话语体系建构的“冷思考”——基于语言教育视角的分析

网络空间安全对国家总体安全起着决定性作用,网络空间安全所衍生的诸多重大命题并非囿于网络空间领域,而是延展到了语言教育的空间视域,语言教育对网络空间安全话语体系的建构发挥着基础性作用。语言教育形塑了网络空间安全话语权力生成、话语权力博弈、话语权力秩序为表征的话语权力系统,语言教育的文化魅力、对外传播、规范表达形构了网络空间安全的话语诠释系统,语言教育阐释了网络空间安全话语对象标准、传播标准、理念标准、表述标准等话语标准系统,语言教育建构了网络空间安全的话语控制系统。

Cyberspace Security plays a decisive role in the overall national security.Many important propositions derived from cyberspace security are not confined to cyberspace but extended to language education,which plays a fundamental role in the construction of a secure discourse system in cyberspace.Language education forms the discourse power system in cyberspace featuring the generation of discourse power,the game of discourse power and the order of discourse power.Its cultural charm,external communication and normative expression constitute the discourse interpretation system of cyberspace security.Language education interprets the discourse standard system,including the discourse object standard,communication standard,concept standard and expression standard in terms of cyberspace security.It constructs the discourse control system of Cyberspace Security.
