With the establishment of a well-off society,China's preschool education has developed rapidly.Entering a new stage of development,the high-quality development of preschool education should be unified with inclusiveness and high quality.After the facilities of kindergarten reach a certain standard,the further development of kindergarten requires the beautiful and attractive vision as traction,thus the implementation of visionary leadership is imperative.In order to implement visionary leadership,the premise is to build a common vision;its foundation is to shape a good kindergarten organizational culture;the key is to strengthen planning and guarantee the implementation.
