摘要
国家全面加强和改进新时代学校美育工作,各省市教育部门都以高校作为阵地,创新性地将音体美支援教育作为美育教育的抓手,把经过培训的师范院校的音体美优秀准毕业生送至村镇小学教育第一线,提升思想自觉、政治自觉、行动自觉,与推进素质教育的要求同向同行,与学生全面发展的迫切要求同向同行。笔者通过对自己负责的音乐支教生的教学现状的分析及其教案的分析,基于本校音乐教学小组的案例,对江西村镇小学音乐课堂的教学有效性问题进行了剖析,并提出了相关对策。
China comprehensively strengthens and improves school aesthetic education in the new era.Education departments in all provinces and cities have used colleges and universities as a position to innovatively use audio,physical and aesthetic support education as a grip on aesthetic education,sending outstanding prospective graduates of teacher training colleges and universities in audio,physical and aesthetic education to the front line of education in village and town elementary school.Enhancing ideological,political and operational consciousness is consistent with the requirements of promoting quality education and the urgent need for comprehensive development of students.Through the analysis of the teaching status of the music paraprofessionals under my responsibility and the analysis of their lesson plans,the author analyzed the teaching effectiveness of the music classroom in Jiangxi village elementary school based on the case of our music teaching team and put forward relevant countermeasures.
