摘要 人力资源管理课程是经管类专业学生的核心课,也是理论与实践紧密结合的工商管理类专业应用型课程。《人力资源管理》课程在教学改革围绕“全人一体化”宗旨,从“教师缺乏实战、学生缺乏实践、教学与社会脱节”等问题入手;通过全新植入混合课程设计理念,突出“就业能力、社会服务能力和反哺能力”三大特色;并从思政建设、教学模式、教学方法和评价方式等方面深入改革本课程教学体系,旨在促进产教融合,推进校企一体化育人,为现代工商管理类本科教育发展奠定理论基础。 The human resource management course is the core course for students majoring in economics and management,and it is also an applied course for business management majors that closely combines theory and practice.During the teaching reform of“Human Resource Management”in Taiyuan University of Science and Technology in the past five years,the members of the course group closely centered on the purpose of“whole-person integration”and started from the problems of“teachers lack actual practice,students lack practice,teaching and society disconnection”.Through the new integrated curriculum design concept,the three major features of“employability,social service ability and feedback ability”are highlighted.The teaching system of this course is deeply reformed from the aspects of Ideological and political construction,teaching mode,teaching methods and evaluation methods,in order to further promote the integration of industry and education,promote the integration of schools and enterprises,and lay a theoretical foundation for the development of modern business administration undergraduate education.
