综改试验中本土创新人才培养模式的分析

An Analysis of Training Mode of Local Innovative Talents in Comprehensive Pilot Reforms of China

在深化综改试验中,创新人才的需求一直是核心要素和重要保障,但引进创新人才成本高、流动性大,所以本土化创新人才的培养就至关重要。采用自编的创新人才培养现状调查问卷对上海交通大学等5所高校进行调查,研究结果表明:在创新的各个维度上,大学生大多数都处于中等水平,少部分处于高水平;创新水平在性别、年级、家庭经济状况等方面存在显著差异。针对调查结果,研究从提升创新素养(个人层面);转变人才培养模式(学校层面);完善创新环境(学校、社会、政府层面);建设创新育人平台等方面提出了优化本土创新人才培养模式的建议。

Innovative talents have always been a core factor and important safeguard in keeping comprehensive pilot reforms,however,such talents are expensive to introduce and unstable,thus it’s essential to cultivate localized innovation talents.The author compiled a questionnaire on current situation of innovative talents cultivation and conducted the survey in five universities of Shanghai and other places.As shown by the study,most of the university students are at a medium level and a small minority at a high level in respect of all dimensions of innovation,and their innovation levels are significantly different in terms of gender,grade,family status and so on.Based on the above results,the paper provides some advice on optimizing cultivation mode of local innovative talents from the perspective of improving innovative literacy(individual level),altering talent cultivation mode(school level),perfecting innovation environment(school,the society and government level)and innovating education platforms.
