专业硕士研究生教学中“行为导向”法的应用研究--以工程税务课程为例

摘要 与传统教学模式相比,行为导向教学模式具备创新性、开放性、实践性的特点,更有助于学生掌握专业知识、习得实践技能、提升综合能力。本文以工程税务类课程为例,在分析行为导向教学模式在国外高校运用的基础上,设计出适用于国内的教学模式,引导学生通过参与实训、模拟、案例、项目等情境中系统学习,以此提升学生参与课堂的积极性,增强学生之间、师生之间的互动性,促进学习效率的提升。 Compared with the traditional teaching model,the behavior-oriented teaching model has the characteristics of innovation,openness and practicality,which is more helpful for students to master professional knowledge,acquire practical skills,and improve comprehensive abilities.Taking engineering tax courses as an example,this paper designs a teaching model suitable for our country based on the analysis of the behaviororiented teaching model used in foreign universities to guide students to learn systematically in situations such as participating in training,simulation,cases,and projects.In this way,we can enhance students'enthusiasm for participating in the classroom,increase the interaction between students,teachers and students,and promote the improvement of learning efficiency.
