中医小夹板在桡骨远端骨折治疗中的应用进展

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Splints in Distal Radius Fractures

桡骨远端骨折是骨科临床常见的骨折类型。此类骨折损伤的严重程度主要与骨密度和暴力伤害的程度有关,其发病率随着人口老龄化逐年升高。治疗方法主要分为手术治疗和保守治疗2种形式。目前采用手术疗法治疗的较多,但术后常会出现并发症,影响腕部功能。中医小夹板疗法作为经典的保守疗法,在骨科临床治疗中发挥着重要作用。现归纳和总结手法复位配合传统、改良夹板联合中药内服、中药外用、针刺等其他疗法在此类骨折治疗中的应用,旨在挖掘中医小夹板疗法的特色与优势。

Distal radius fractures are common fracture types in orthopedics.The severity of such fracture injuries is mainly related to bone density and degree of violence injury,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year with the aging of population.The treatment methods are mainly divided into 2 methods,namely surgical treatment and conservative treatment.At present,there are many surgical treatments,but postoperative complications often occur affecting the wrist function.As a classical conservative therapy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)splints therapy plays an important role in orthopedic clinical treatment.This paper demonstrates the application of manual reduction combined with traditional,modified splints and other combination therapies such as oral,external,acupuncture and other TCM in the treatment of such fractures,aiming to tap the characteristics and advantages of small splints in TCM.
