摘要 钻头托压现象是制约水平井井眼延伸的重要因素。为了有效减少钻头托压现象,研制了振动减阻工具。振动减阻工具通过钻井液驱动转子和动阀转动,产生脉冲压降并作用于井底钻柱,驱使井底钻柱产生高频低幅冲击振动,降低钻具与井壁之间的摩擦因数,从而减少或消除托压现象,提高水平井钻井速度。在新疆玛湖油田风南4井区的现场试验中,试验井段为定向造斜段,单套工具进尺596 m,平均机械钻速达到4.74 m/h,与上部井段相比,机械钻速提高254%;与邻井相同造斜段相比,趟钻进尺提高150%,机械钻速提高126%,趟钻进尺及机械钻速均大幅提高。现场应用结果表明,振动减阻工具可有效减少钻头托压现象,保证钻压的有效传递,实现水平井的钻井提速。 The backing pressure phenomenon of bit is an important factor restricting the wellbore extension of horizontal wells.In order to effectively reduce the backing pressure phenomenon of bit,a vibration drag reduction tool was developed.The vibration drag reduction tool drives the rotor and the valve to rotate through the drilling fluid,resulting in pulse pressure drop and acting on the bottomhole drill string,driving the bottomhole drill string to produce high frequency and low amplitude impact vibration,reducing the friction factor between the drilling tool and the sidewall,thereby reducing or eliminating the backing pressure phenomenon and improving the drilling speed of horizontal wells.In the field test in Wellblock Fengnan 4 of Mahu Oilfield of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the test hole interval is the directional kick off section,the footage of a single set of tools is 596 m,and the average rate of penetration reaches 4.74 m/h,which is 254%higher than that of the upper hole interval;compared with the same kick off section of adjacent wells,the trip drilling footage is increased by 150%,the rate of penetration is increased by 126%,and all they are greatly increased.The field application results show that the vibration drag reduction tool can effectively reduce the backing pressure phenomenon of bit,ensure the effective transmission of weight on the bit,and realize the improvement of rate of penetration of horizontal wells.
