基于区块链的专业技能认证系统研究

学历造假严重破坏了学历制度的真实性和公平性,在社会上造成了一定的影响。我国目前的学历认证存在着资源垄断、可人工纂改、手续流程复杂以及认证周期长等问题,很难满足人们对该学历认证的需求。区块链具有去中心化、防纂改、可追溯等特点,为解决该问题提供了新思路。本文利用区块链的特性,研究基于区块链的专业技能认证系统,可以很好地解决该方面存在的问题,不仅记录学习结果,还记录整个学习过程,体现了"重结论的同时更重过程"新教育理念的观点。

Forging academic credentials seriously undermines the authenticity and fairness of the academic system and has a certain impact on the society. At present, China’s academic certification has some problems, such as resource monopoly, manual modification, complicated procedures and long certification cycle. It is difficult to meet the demand for this degree certification.Blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization, anti-modification and traceability, which provides a new way to solve this problem. This paper uses the characteristics of block chain to research a professional skills certification system based on block chain,which can well solve the problems in this area. It not only records the learning results, but also records the whole learning process, so as to realize the new educational concept of "focusing on the conclusion while focusing on the process".
