自媒体环境下高校思想政治教育的新特征及路径优化

New Features of Ideological and Political Education in Universities and Its Path Optimization in the Context of We-Media

主体、客体、介体和环体共同构成了高校思想政治教育的有机系统,自媒体的应用不但保存和延续了高校思想政治教育既有的交往关系和互动模式,更对思想政治教育工作各环节的展开产生深刻的影响,表现出主客流变交互主体性、介体引导凝聚支撑性、环体动态建构三维性的特征。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,自媒体应用的成熟与普及既是新时代高校思想政治教育工作面临的关键环体因素,又能在创新内容、拓展渠道、深入生活、延展空间等方面提升高校思想政治教育实效性。促进自媒体融入高校思想政治教育工作应突出“主体队伍—工作原则—教育渠道—教育环境”等着力点,“四位一体”统筹推进,强化高校思想政治教育队伍的主体责任,把握自媒体环境下高校思想政治教育工作原则,拓宽自媒体环境下高校思想政治教育渠道,优化自媒体环境下高校思想政治教育环境。

The subject,object,medium and environmental elements together constitute the organic system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The application of We-media not only preserves and continues existing communication relationship and interaction mode of ideological and political education in universities,but also exerts profound impact on the development of all links of ideological and political education,which is featured by characteristics of three dimensions of interactive subjectivity of the subject and object,the guidance,cohesion and support of intermediary and the dynamic construction of the ring body.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the maturity and popularization of We-media application is not only the key environmental factor facing ideological and political education in universities,it can also improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in such aspects as innovating content,developing channels,getting emerged into life and extending space.Promoting the integration of We-media into the ideological and political education in universities should highlight the focus of“major team-working principles-educational channels-educational environment”and adopt a“four-in-one”approach,namely strengthening the main responsibility of the ideological and political education team,grasping the working principles of ideological and political education in the We-media environment,broadening the channels of ideological and political education,and optimizing the ideological and political education environment.
