摘要
NAFLD主要成因之一是脂代谢紊乱引起脂质异位沉积,综述了SREBPs在NAFLD脂肪代谢中的作用机制,即SREBP-1c与脂质合成,SREBP-2与脂质合成。目前,SREBPs在人体中的机制仍不完全清晰,除了研究其在肝脏中的作用机制外,还应更广泛地研究SREBPs对其他组织和器官的作用。
One of the main causes of NAFLD is the heterotopic deposition of lipids caused by lipid metabolism disorders.The research summarizes the mechanism of the action of SREBPs in NAFLD fatty metabolism,i.e.SREBP-1c and lipid synthesis,and SREBP-2 and lipid synthesis.At present,the mechanism of SREBPs in human body is not completely clear.Except for the functional mechanism in liver,we should more widely research the function of SREBPs for other organizations and organs.
