血清Chemerin对2型糖尿病合并下肢动脉病变的影响

Influence of Serum Chemerin on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Lower Extremity Arterial Disease

检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)有无下肢动脉病变的血清Chemerin水平,探讨Chemerin对T2DM合并下肢动脉病变的影响。选取在我院就诊的T2DM患者,随机分为下肢动脉病变组和无下肢动脉病变组,每组各30例。同时选取25例在我院体检者作为对照组,各组均空腹采集静脉血,测定血糖、血脂、肝功、空腹血清胰岛素等,测量身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMI),并计算出胰岛素抵抗指数(HOME-IR)用以评价各组胰岛素的敏感性(ISI)。另取一份血标本用于Chemerin测定,血清Chemerin应用酶联免疫法检测。结果表明:血清Chemerin与T2DM胰岛素抵抗关系密切,而胰岛素抵抗增加心脑血管病变的风险。T2DM合并下肢动脉病变组Chemerin水平高于T2DM无下肢动脉病变组,推断Chemerin是T2DM合并下肢动脉病变的重要影响因子,可为治疗T2DM合并下肢动脉病变提供新思路。

To detect the serum Chemerin level of lower extremity arterial disease of type 2 diabetes mellitus,the effect of Chemerin on type 2 diabetes complicated with lower extremity arterial disease is explored.Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the hospital are selected,and they are randomly divided into lower extremity arterial disease group and without lower extremity arterial disease group,with 30 patients in each group.25 patients under physical examination are selected as the control group.Venous blood is collected under empty stomach condition.The levels of serum glucose(FPG),serum lipid,liver function and fasting serum insulin are collected.Height and weight are measured,and BMI,HOME-IR and ISI are calculated.In addition,another blood specimen is selected to measure Chemerin by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results show that there is close relationship between serum Chemerin and T2DM insulin resistance,but insulin resistance increases the risk of cardia-cerebrovascular disease.Chemerin level of T2DM complicated with lower extremity arterial disease group is higher than T2DM complicated with lower extremity arterial disease.This indicates that Chemerinn is the important influencing factor of T2DM complicated with lower extremity arterial disease,and it can provide new thinking of T2DM complicated with lower extremity arterial disease.
