围术期护理干预对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的影响

Effect of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on Cases of Pregnancy with Ovarian Tumor

分析围术期护理干预对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的影响。随机选取72例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组各36例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用综合性护理干预,观察两组患者在不同护理干预模式下的并发症发生率、分娩情况和护理满意度。结果表明,研究组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,分娩成功率和护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者实施围术期护理干预,可显著降低术后并发症的发生率,提高患者的分娩成功率和护理满意度,缩短患者的术后恢复时间。

The research analyzes the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on cases of pregnancy with ovarian tumor.72 cases of pregnancy with ovarian tumor are randomly selected,and they are divided into control group and research group according to random digital table,with 36 cases in each group.Control group receive routine nursing intervention,and research group receive comprehensive nursing intervention.Complication rate,delivery situation and nursing satisfaction under different nursing intervention models of two groups are observed.The results show that,the complication rate of research group is significantly lower than control group,and delivery success rate and nursing satisfaction are significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Peripoerative nursing intervention on cases of pregnancy with ovarian tumor can significantly reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative complication,improve delivery rate and nursing satisfaction,and reduce postoperative recovery time.
