Application Value of Automatics in Machine Design Manufacturing

为了充分发挥自动化技术在机械设计制造中的应用价值,分析了机械设计制造自动化发展的重要性,指出了机械设计制造中自动化技术的常见问题,即人才缺乏、技术相对落后、设备落后、相关配套设施落后。分析了自动化技术在机械设计与制造中的应用:智能化应用、数控技术融合应用、虚拟化应用、网络化应用。调整优化生产模式,降低生产成本,提升机械设计制造效率和质量。

In order to fully play the application value of automatics in machine design manufacturing,the research analyzes the importance of the development of automatics in machine design manufacturing;and points out the common problems,i.e.lack of talents,relatively backward technology,equipment and supporting facility.Then the research analyzes the application of automatics technology in machine design manufacturing,i.e.intelligence,digital control integration,virtualization and network application.It is suggested to optimize the production model,reduce production cost,and improve the machine design efficiency and quality.
