The organic unity of strategic thinking and historical thinking is a striking characteristic of CPC’s centenary ideological and political education which can be drawn from its educational development and successful achievements during the past 100 years.The strategic thinking manifested itself in planning the ideological and political education from a highly strategic level and thus consistently grasping the working law and fundamental goal of the relevant educational work.The historical thinking displays itself in taking good advantage of historical sight and dialectically dealing with ideological and political education,thus seeing more clearly the developing trend and moving direction of the ideological and political education.The organic unity of these two thinking modes condensed and reflected the methodological consciousness of Marxism,and fully displayed the truth force and practice force of Marxism,which is a lively embodiment of Marxist movement in the field of ideological and political education,and provides a methodological guide to the ideological and political education in the new era.
