摘要
研究了采用锌阳极泥氧化法从湿法炼锌镉渣浸出置换液中去除铊,考察了阳极泥加入量、反应时间、反应温度、阳极泥粒度等对铊去除率的影响,确定了适宜的除铊条件。结果表明:在反应温度70℃、阳极泥加入量10 g/L、反应时间60 min、阳极泥粒度100~200目、初始pH=4.0条件下,铊去除率达94.05%,去除效果较好,锌电解阳极泥得到综合利用。
Thallium in leaching solution of cadmium residue was removed using anode slime as oxidizing agent.The effects of anode slime usage,reaction time,reaction temperature,anode slime particle size and solution pH on removal of thallium were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of anode slime usage of 10 g/L,reaction time of 60 min,reaction temperature of 70℃,anode slime particle size of 100~200 mesh,solution pH of 4,thallium removal rate reaches 94.05%.The anode slime is comprehensive utilization.
