摘要 为研究沥青冷补液各组分变化对冷补沥青混合料性能的影响,制备了冷补液组分设计不同的LB-10型冷补沥青混合料,研究了不同抗剥落剂掺量、沥青与柴油比例、冷补剂掺量对其施工和易性、马歇尔性能与水稳定性的影响规律.研究发现,随着抗剥落剂掺量的增加,混合料的贯入强度与马歇尔稳定度逐渐增大,柴油挥发率逐渐减小;而浸水残留稳定度呈先增加再减小的规律,在抗剥落剂掺量为0.36%时达到最高,为89.2%.随着沥青与柴油比例的增大,混合料贯入强度与浸水残留稳定度逐渐增大,且当沥青与柴油比例大于80∶14后,混合料马歇尔稳定度明显增强,高于7 kN,但施工和易性下降.随着冷补剂掺量的增加,混合料贯入强度逐渐增大,而柴油挥发率、马歇尔稳定度与浸水残留稳定度随掺量的增加呈先减小再增加的规律,在掺量为1.7%时浸水残留稳定度达到最高,为89.6%.综合考虑冷补沥青混合料的施工和易性,马歇尔性能及水稳定性,应控制冷补液中沥青与柴油比例为78∶20,冷补剂掺量为1.7%,抗剥落剂掺量为0.36%. In order to study the influence of components of bitumen cold rehydration fluid on the performance of cold patch asphalt mixture, LB-10 cold patch asphalt mixture with different composition designs of cold patch liquid was prepared, and the influence of different anti stripping agent content, asphalt to diesel ratio, and cold patch asphalt additive content on the construction workability, the Marshall performance and water stability of cold patched asphalt mixture was studied. It is found that with the increase of anti-stripping agent content, the penetration strength and Marshall stability of the cold patch asphalt mixture are increased gradually, while the diesel volatilization rate is decreased gradually. However, the immersion residual stability is increased first and then decreased with the increase of the dosage. When the dosage is 0.36 %, the immersion residual stability reaches the highest, which is 89.2 %. With increasing ratio of asphalt to diesel, the penetration strength and the immersion residual stability of the cold patch asphalt mixture are increased gradually. When the ratio of asphalt to diesel oil is more than 40∶7, the Marshall stability of the cold patch asphalt mixture is obviously enhanced, which is over 7 kN. However, the construction performance of the mixture is decreased. With increasing content of the cold patch, the penetration strength of the mixture is increased gradually. The Marshall stability, the diesel volatilization and the immersion residual stability of the cold patch asphalt mixture are decreased first and then increased with the increase of the dosage. When the dosage is 1.7%, the immersion residual stability reaches the highest, which is 89.6 %. Considering the Marshall performance and water stability of the cold patch asphalt mixture, the ratio of asphalt to diesel oil should be controlled to be 39∶10 with the cold patch asphalt additive of 1.7 % and the anti-stripping agent of 0.36 %.
