PDGF与VEGF含量动态变化在急性脑梗死患者中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在急性脑梗死患者中不同时间点浓度变化的临床意义及两个因子浓度变化相关性分析。方法运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测50例健康对照组及50例急性脑梗死患者在发病后5个时间点(第1、3、5、7、14天)血清PDGF、VEGF的浓度,分析两个因子与急性脑梗死病程、梗死灶体积的相关性。结果急性脑梗死患者在发病14 d内血清PDGF、VEGF浓度明显增高,表现为PDGF在发病后的第3天达高峰,在发病后5~14 d水平略有下降,但仍明显高于对照组;VEGF在发病后的5天达高峰,在发病后7~14 d水平略有下降,但仍明显高于对照组。急性脑梗死患者血清PDGF与VEGF浓度随梗死体积增大而增加。血清PDGF水平在急性脑梗死患者中与VEGF水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死早期的病理修复中PDGF、VEGF发挥了积极作用。 Objective Our experiment is inquiring into the relationship between dynamic changes of Platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)and Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in serum and of patients with acute cerebral infarction by measuring the concentration of the PDGF and VEGF.Methods The concentrations of serum PDGF and VEGF in 50 healthy control group and 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction at 5 time points(day 1,3,5,7 and 14)after onset were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the correlation between the two factors and the course of acute cerebral infarction and infarct volume was analyzed.Results The serum levels of PDGF and VEGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction increased significantly within 14 days after onset,which showed that PDGF reached the peak at 3 days after onset,and decreased slightly at 5-14 days after onset,but it was still significantly higher than that in the control group;VEGF peaked at 5 days after onset,and decreased slightly at 7-14 days after onset,but it was still significantly higher than that of the control group.The concentration of PDGF and VEGF increased with the increase of infarct volume in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Serum PDGF level was positively correlated with VEGF level in patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion PDGF and VEGF played a positive role in the early pathological repair of acute cerebral infarction.
