Meta analysis of Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis

目的系统评价当归四逆汤联合针灸或推拿对比单独使用针灸或推拿对肩周炎的治疗效果及安全性。方法对中国医学知网数据库、维普全文期刊数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和PubMed五大数据库中当归四逆汤联合针灸或推拿治疗肩周炎的研究文献进行检索,检索起止时间为各数据库建库至2021年5月。按照纳入标准及排除标准获取随机对照试验,采用Cochrane手册提供的偏倚风险评估工具对所纳入的研究进行质量评价,应用RevMan 5.4对纳入文献进行Meta分析,最终纳入8项研究,共370例受试者。结果Meta分析表明:当归四逆汤配合针灸或推拿治疗肩周炎的总疗效高于单纯针灸或推拿治疗[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.15,1.32),P<0.01]。结论使用当归四逆汤联合针灸或推拿治疗慢性肩周炎更有效。

Objective Tto systematically evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Danggui Sini decoction combined with acupuncture or massage on periarthritis humeroscapularis.Methods The research literatures of Danggui Sini decoction combined with acupuncture or massage in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis in the five databases of China medical knowledge network database,VIP Full-text Journal Database,Wanfang database,China biomedical literature database and PubMed were searched from the beginning to May 2021.Randomized controlled trials were obtained according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The quality of the included studies was evaluated by using the bias risk assessment tool provided by Cochrane manual.The included literature was meta analyzed by Revman 5.4.Finally,8 studies were included,a total of 370 subjects.Results Meta analysis showed that the total efficacy of Danggui Sini decoction combined with acupuncture or massage in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis was higher than that of acupuncture or massage alone RR=1.23,95%CI(1.15,1.32),P<0.01.Conclusion Danggui Sini decoction combined with acupuncture or massage is more effective in the treatment of chronic periarthritis humeroscapularis.
