摘要
阐述“微语言”内涵要义及其对高校辅导员亲和力提升的意义;对585名大学生的样本分析发现“微语言”视域下高校辅导员的亲和力总体较好但仍存在不足。提出辅导员运用“微语言”提升亲和力的具体路径:坚持贴近生活,丰富话语内容,满足学生的话语需求;贴近学生,转换话语风格,填平学生的“话语鸿沟”;贴近现实,掌握时代话语,走进学生的“朋友圈”。
This article expounds the connotation of“micro-language”and its significance in improving the affinity of college counselors.Through the analysis of a sample of 585 college students,it finds out that the affinity of college counselors from the perspective of“micro-language”is generally in a good occasion,but there are still shortcomings.It proposes a specific path for counselors to use“micro-language”to improve affinity:getting close to life,enriching the content of words,and meeting the discourse needs of students;getting close to students,changing discourse styles,and filling in the“discourse gap”of students;closing to reality and mastering the discourse of the times,walking into the student's“circle of friends”.
