腹腔镜胆囊切除术对胆囊结石患者动脉血气及炎症反应的影响

Analysis of the influence of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on arterial blood gas and inflammation reaction in patients with gallbladder stones

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术对胆囊结石患者动脉血气及炎症反应的影响。方法:2020年5月-2021年5月收治胆囊结石患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组采用开腹切除术治疗;观察组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3 d后PaO2水平高于对照组,PaCO2水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、手术出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石,可以降低患者炎症反应及对动脉血气的影响,且治疗安全性较高,患者满意度高。

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on arterial blood gas and inflammation reaction in patients with gallbladder stones.Methods:From May 2020 to May 2021,40 patients with gallbladder stones were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparotomy.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PaO2 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 days of treatment,and the PaCO2 level was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-6 and CRP levels of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,surgical blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,and hospital stay of the observation group were all lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the treatment of patients with gallbladder stones can reduce the inflammatory response and reduce the impact on the patient's arterial blood gas,and the treatment safety is high,and the patient satisfaction is high.
