丙泊酚联合地佐辛在无痛人流术中的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the efficacy and safety of propofol combined with dezocine in painless artificial abortion

目的:分析无痛人流手术中采取丙泊酚和地佐辛的疗效和安全性。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年12月开展无痛人流手术的患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组应用丙泊酚麻醉;观察组应用丙泊酚+地佐辛麻醉。比较两组患者不同时间点的生命体征指标水平、镇痛优良率和不良反应情况。结果:观察组术中2 min平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)及心率(HR)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组镇痛优良率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛人流采用丙泊酚+地佐辛麻醉,比单一用药的效果更为理想,同时不良反应少,安全性有一定优势。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of propofol combined with dezocine in painless abortion operations.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,100 patients undergoing painless abortion surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with propofol.The observation group was anesthetized with propofol and dezocine.The levels of vital signs,excellent and good rates of analgesia,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients at three different time points.Results:The intraoperative 2 min mean arterial pressure(MAP),blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)and heart rate(HR)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of analgesia in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol combined with dezocine anesthesia during painless abortion is more effective than a single drug,and has fewer adverse reactions and has certain advantages in safety.
