不同治疗方式对老年急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的疗效及预后分析

Analysis of the curative effect and prognosis of different treatment methods in elderly patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities

目的:分析不同治疗方式对老年急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的疗效及预后。方法:2019年1月-2021年6月收治老年急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。试验组采用导管接触性溶栓(CDT)治疗;对照组采用外周静脉溶栓治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及预后效果。结果:试验组血栓清除有效率高于对照组,溶栓时间及尿激酶用量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血栓后综合征发生率及Villalta评分均低于对照组,血栓完全通畅率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者采取CDT清除术治疗,临床疗效和预后效果更好。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect and prognosis of different treatment methods for elderly patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2021,64 elderly patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with catheter contact thrombolysis(CDT).The control group was treated with peripheral intravenous thrombolysis.The clinical efficacy and prognostic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The effectiveness of thrombus clearance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of thrombolysis and the dosage of urokinase were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of post-thrombotic syndrome and the Villalta score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the rate of complete thrombus patency was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using catheter contact thrombolytic debridement in the treatment of elderly patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities has better clinical curative effect and prognostic effect.
