肾上腺色腙片治疗复方短效口服避孕药引起出血的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of adrenal color hydrazone tablets in the treatment of bleeding caused by compound short-acting oral contraceptives

目的:探讨肾上腺色腙片治疗复方短效口服避孕药引起不规则阴道出血的临床疗效。方法:2020年5月-2021年5月收治服用复方短效口服避孕药后不规则阴道出血患者50例,随机分为两组。对照组患者继续按原方案口服避孕药,进行随访观察,不做特殊处理;试验组在对照组基础上予以肾上腺色腙片治疗。比较两组患者临床效果。结果:试验组止血时间及出血次数均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,两组均未出现恶心、头痛等不良反应。结论:肾上腺色腙片治疗复方短效口服避孕药引起的阴道出血的临床效果明确,能够效缩短止血时间,减少出血次数,且有较高的安全性。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of adrenal color hydrazone tablets in the treatment of irregular vaginal bleeding caused by compound short-acting oral contraceptives.Methods:From May 2020 to May 2021,50 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding after oral compound short-acting oral contraceptives were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was followed up for observation.The experimental group was treated with adrenal color hydrazone tablets on the basis of observation and follow-up.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results:The hemostatic time and bleeding times in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions such as nausea and headache in both groups.Conclusion:Adrenal color hydrazone tablets have a clear clinical effect on the treatment of vaginal bleeding caused by compound short-acting oral contraceptives,which can effectively reduce the time of hemostasis and the frequency of bleeding,and have high safety.
